Item look like new and installation on attic never see it again but hot water keep coming
Hot water work with a tidy dink won’t do nothing and it is on the top of attic u can’t see but save hundred dollars good deal HOT WATER KEEP COMING

No complaints, it was exactly what I needed and took less than an hour to install

Horrible product and support
Horrible product and support. Burner plate went bad after 30 months. When I called to have one sent I was treated like I was trying to steal a burner plate. 7 days after I replaced the burner plate (which BTW took 7 days without hot water because of how they handled it) the T&P value went out. I am currently trying to get reimbursed for that part but am having to do back flips, like I would steal a T&P valve or really even know what one is. I work in Finance. So I will eat these costs, maybe that is their goal - you either invest countless hours of your own to receive your warranty money or they don't pay. Once this started to happen, again - 30 months!, I checked out the product and found this is an all to common problem. Avoid AO Smith products.
