Q: what color does it dry to?

Drys clear. Over a great time it will turn off white tan then yellow.

Q: Can i use this to seal a embroidered cloth patch, it a regular patch that you would sew on anypiece of clothing.

This epoxy takes a very rigid form when cured. It could make the clothing very uncomfortable.

Q: What techniques are recommended to remove this? Heat? Or has someone had luck with a solvent?

Heat will work. Solvent will also, but I would go with heat to break the bond and solvent to clean it up.

Q: is it good for attaching glass to ceramics

NO to the super glue. It is fast but brittle and is only good for a year or so. Great Planes or Bob Smith epoxies are a much better choice. If you are not in a hurry, the 30 minute cure rate is the best followed by the 15 and then the 5/6.
