Arrowhead Mills Puffed Millet Cereal, 6 oz Bag

My husband has looked EVERYWHERE for puffed millet, even health food stores and could not find it anywhere. Imagine our surprise when we found it on Amazon Pantry! He loves it and mixes it with his other cereals and granola to increase his fiber intake. Has a great flavor and is a good substitute for other wheat or corn based products, while still being whole grain. Nice sized bag for packing (if you need a breakfast that you can take camping or on road trips). Low fat, no cholesterol and no added salt or sugar, a wonderful natural breakfast food.

My favorite alternative for sugary cereal!!! Some almond milk,cinnamon, vanilla, and stevia; yumm. Also add to warm milk and oatmeal for a very hearty and filling breakfast. High amount for lower calories and carb intake. The bag is $3.50 at the store, I purchased these for $1.40 the first time and bought 4 bags ; then came back and they had gone up to $2.20, but I still bought 4 bags. Haha

I enjoy eating this as breakfast cereal with blueberries and goat's milk.

Not a ton of flavor but I enjoy it as a cereal with cinnamon and coconut milk.

I'm trying to lose weight and this has been a great low calorie snack for me... I sprinkle cinnamon on top and use unsweetened almond milk with it...delicious! Wish I could buy more but amazon says its out of stock.

The product and delivery were very acceptable.

The product itself is wonderful; I've eaten it many times and love the crunch and airiness of Arrowhead Puffed Millet. But I ordered through Prime Pantry and this specific item arrived with a floral smell which also clung to it and I could taste it. The bag is thin, so that is likely why the smell/taste was absorbed by the millet. Amazon needs to be sure to store products that absorb order/taste away from cleaning products, etc. so that this doesn't happen. I had to throw the entire bag away.
