Brother Sewing 14 Stitch Sewing Machine, White

Replaced my old singer with this brother machine very happy with my choice, I'm no expert this machine is easy to use ,and very sturdy. Sews like charm!

I didn’t expect much for $99. I never owned a sewing machine before and did not know how to use one, so since I hate sewing by hand and I was determined to make my own cushion covers I decided on this sewing machine - not expecting to use it much for anything else. It is super easy - with the help of YouTube videos since I have no patience for manuals, I learn how to thread, fill a bobbin (never heard of a bobbin before), change sewing feet, see a zipper, etc….. I was so surprised of all the different stitches and how professional the final result looked. My cushion covers came out perfect and I already used it to finish up a tablecloth, hem curtains, fix my favorite pillow case and plan on many others. I recommended to my sister who will be buying it, and recommend to anyone else. As to how long it will last I don’t know but it already paid with itself.

This machine does the job. Great for beginners and smaller projects. LED light does not seem as bright as my old machine light. I wish it was a bit brighter. There is not threader for the needle. The area that the fabric lays on as you sew is pretty small. My old extender will not attach to this machine (both Brothers). The front comes off but is not a storage box. The available stitch setting are basic for most projects.I’ve managed a number of sewing projects with this one so far. I will probably keep this for my girls to learn on, but I think I’ll be upgrading to a slightly larger machine.

I got this for my mom she makes quilts and loves to sew so I got her this she has had it almost a year a no problems. and she uses it often.

This sewing machine is just perfect for me. I really just need to do some mending , maybe hem some things, nothing fancy. The price is right as well. It's light to carry and put away easily. This won't disappoint.

I have two of my own Brothers Sewing Machines that’s why I chose this as a gift for a family member who wants to learn to sew. It is a great machine for beginners. Very easy to use with great instructions.
