Great pump and endurance boost. I take 6g before workouts and feel noticeably less fatigue with better blood flow. No side effects, mixes well, and helps with recovery too. Simple, effective, and worth it.

Been using this on and off for a few months. The taste is not bad (for me it's easy to go down). If you have this with a protein shake or juice it won't even be noticeable if you mix well. No smell really. I notice a difference when I'm using it. Great size and value.

Earlier I was consuming tablets of L-Citruline. It was less messy and I could control the quantity precisely. But the capsule comes with a gelatin cover (or some other alternative). I didn't want to consume anything besides pure L-Cituline. After looking at the cost, I decided to give it a try. It comes with a measurement spoon, so you can control the quantity. Once dissolved in water you won't even know it's there. It has a subtle flavor of semen (yes it does) that is difficult to detect. If you add it to the smoothie or a juice you won't detect it. The flavor doesn't bother me, so I take it with water. The product is high quality. I am taking it to improve my performance in running. It helped me to improve my performance. If you take it with Pycnogenol (i.e. French Maritime Pine Bark Extract), it will improve its efficacy. It improved sexual performance when it was coupled with Pycnogenol. The result was immediate. In 3-4 days I could see the difference. The erections became harder. It was a total surprise as I was not expecting it to be that efficient. CAUTION: Don't take this along with Sildenafil or other pde5 inhibitors and any blood pressure medicine. It may cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

Not sure whats going on but definitelyNot consistent. Some batches disolve in water others do not. First batch I tried 6 months ago. The powder was very fine and dissolved fully clear in glass of water. And left minimal after taste. The second batch I received recently is not as fine. It does not fully dissolve and leaves more after taste . I am also questioning the effectiveness of the second batch. The first batch was definitely effective. It does appear effective. But certain batches leave a cloud in water and do not disolve. I give it 3 stars for now .

I order this regularly because L-citrulline is the only supplement that I know for a fact performs exactly as claimed to for reducing muscle soreness from working out. The white rind of water melons is where L-citrulline is obtained, and it's where I first found out how beneficial it was. Watermelon rind smoothies were how I eliminated my lower leg pain from running, but powdered L-citrulline is much easier to use. I've been happily using it regularly for more than 10 years. I only use the free base version because I don't want the extra additives that don't improve the performance. I highly recommend this for running and strength training. About half the recommended amount 15-30 minutes before exercising seems to work fine for me. However, I also take the same amount the morning after exercising, and I occasionally use it before I work outdoors like chainsawing trees, splitting wood, or other hard labor. It works.

Great product!

This product is super effective at its stated goal which is to increase blood flow especially to skeletal muscle. I personally always take 3 scoops mixed with water and about 30 minutes later i begin to notice that my veins are bulging more than usual. It definitely makes for wicked pumps in the gym, and without going into too much detail i will say that it also increases blood flow to other areas of the body ;). The powder itself is basically tasteless and mixes seamlessly into water. It comes in a large container with lots of servings and is very affordable. I love that i can take just L-citrulline without having to ingest all the other random ingredients common in pre workout.
