My husband and I like the taste and health benefits of using garlic for many savory dishes we cook. It's so convenient to have this style of chopped garlic available in the refrigerator at a moment's notice, instead of having to start from scratch. It's one of the kitchen conveniences we rely on during food prep.This was the first time we tried this brand. It's been good to have on hand. It does seem milder in aroma and taste than other brands. Not sure how that's possible. Isn't garlic garlic? Size-wise, this was a nice compromise between the big box store size and the too-small glass jar from the grocery store. It's a good value for its size.I made lemon-garlic chicken recently, and the garlic flavor did come through, and that's a win.

This is a very convenient way to get chopped garlic for cooking. The chop is as good as using a press, The value for the money is great, I do not smell like garlic. The fact the jar is a good size for the refrigerator is a plus.
