The trick to using this product is this: after opening the product, pump it several times to open and fill the internal chamber. After that you never need to pump it again. If you pump it again, then the product comes out clumpy and spreads unevenly on to your skin. It may be best to visit an aesthician or eminence beauty consultant to get the proper skintone match. I have very fair skin with some freckles and pink undertones and thus No. 0 works best. I find the product delivers consistent, long lasting coverage. It is waterproof, so it works well for those who play sports, for those who are outdoors a lot, and for those who like the beach and swim. I use it in conjunction with other eminence products. One noteworthy point is that during dry weather conditions the product may highlight already dry areas of the skin, so during these times I find it best to switch to eminence sun creme.

i did not like this product - or i should say the brush that came with it. when i contacted the company they told me they were revamping the brush and knew of the problems (the brush shed all over leaving tiny hairs on your face). they refused to do anything for me in terms of a credit or sending me a new one when they were redone. the reason being is because i purchased it on AMAZON and not through them directly. so suffice it to say i will never purchase anything from this company again.

i"ve used this for years. The only sunblock that doesn't give me acne. make sure to spray with a little water or rosewater to activate, and if you're jogging or doing lotsa sweating, will have to reapply. When I get to the end of it, i tap it out into a little covered container and use the dregs up that way. Translucent is the way to go if you're not sure about what color to get.

I love the fine powder and that it does not have sparkles that delete the purpose of powder. I like the puff and how it is kept sanitary. however I put the power in a different container to better control the volume dispensed. the dispenser does not work well.

I used to never wear sunblock because the thick greasy nature of it didn't jive well with my already oily skin. Eminence Sun Defense Minerals SPF is the only sunblock I can wear that doesn't make me break-out. I prefer the Translucent color to the others since I couldn't get a good skin color match with the others. The product lasts for quite a long time, so with daily use I only have to purchase it once every 6 months which is nice on my pocketbook.

I like the powder but the applicator is terrible. I always end up with bristles shedding and breaking all over my face as I apply. Looks like I’ve been kissing a grizzly bear after I put on my make up.

I like the application and lightness of the loose powder and extra nice that it's also has sun protection

Looks like cakey makeup, not translucent as claimed. Poor return policy (please read). Back to SPF face cream.
