With at least 10 chemicals beside the vitC (capsule and binder) in this product, you really seriously need to look into these and their "benefits"...I am throwing this stuff in the garbage, what ever it actually is...Why can't we unworthy slobs just get clean vitamins?

This is a very affordable low dose vitamin C supplement. I needed something low dose, since higher doses of vitamin C convert to oxalate in the body and cause various health issues.It's also really nice that these are tablets, with a score mark, so you can easily break them into smaller doses. I found that I did better with a lower dose than the full tablet.
