Great for itchy scalp.

I’m leaving a review because I myself rely on reviews. I’ve been using this product for only a few days and have noticed a huge difference. I also know that every person is different, but maybe you’re like me :)

This was the first medicated gel I’ve tried and it absolutely relieves the itching and the scaling. I noticed the morning after application that my scalp was noticeably smoother - kind of incredible.This helps more than the shampoo and conditioner I use for my scalp. Would recommend to give it a try since it’s relatively inexpensive.

It's exactly what I was looking for

It didn’t work for me. It was like putting aloe on eczema. A sticky cooling jell that did nothing but make me want to wash it off

i have both ppp and plaque psoriasis. the plaque has recently spread, and i have been trying everything that has good reviews. some have helped and some have not. this has made a huge difference AND in less than a week. i have already ordered another bottle. it's the best AND the least expensive product i've used and it's not greasy and it doesn't smell weird (to me anyway . . . alcohol smell sort of). it has 3% salicylic acid and zink and both seem to make a huge difference. helps with itching and stinging and also helps the skin to "shed" and be smoother better than anything i've used in the four years since i've had this mess. i have used on my foot/ankle/soles/face/neck . . . and ALL have improved. i do NOT want to take the bioligics & other rxs that're advertised. the side effects sound as bad or worse than the psoriasis . . . everything from stomach issues to suicide!

I self-diagnosed a small patch of scalp plaque psoriasis; for the past approximately three weeks, I'd had a patch on top of my head about 1 inch in diameter where the skin felt thick. It was also a little itchy, so I'd pick at it idly, turning it into a permanent oozing scab. Ugh.After giving up hope that it would go away on its own, I Dr. Googled the condition and read that salicylic acid is a common treatment. I ordered this gel, figuring it couldn't hurt to try. The first application stung quite a bit, (because I'd scratched the area raw!), but - I kid you not - mere hours later (maybe 6 hours?) - the buildup of skin and the itching were GONE. The patch was now just a reddened area. It's now the next day, and I've applied the gel three times. Subsequent applications caused no pain, and the redness has diminished. Needless to say, I'm pleased with the results.

It didn’t work for me,it dried up my skin an hour after I put it on then I couldn’t stop itching went back to scaling eventually peeling of too.
