Very nice blend of beans so essential for gut health of course it's fully cooked and perhaps a bit salty but great for making all types of bean soups and other bean dishes

Beans are nice and lower in sodium than some other brands. Some of the beans are a bit harder, but softened when cooked a bit longer. However, packaging is just ok, some of the cans dented so am not able to do ate to our local food locker.

These beans are so good, my husband loves them when I combine with white rice and I often bake them together with chicken thighs with mole sauce. Excellent beans, a winner.
