One of my all-time favorite snacks (and at the top of my list of great Costco seller’s products) was woefully ill-preserved & mishandled in storage/shipping by my Amazon seller. Lush, flavorful dark chocolate covered mango pieces were ordered gratefully (even at twice the Costco in-store price) and eagerly anticipated. BIG PROBLEM: THE SELLER! NO EXCUSES, BLAME FALLS DIRECTLY & UNEQUIVOCALLY ON THE SELLER. HERE IS WHAT WAS DELIVERED: rock-hard & stale, pale orange chips (1 in 5 interspersed with darker bits edged in black) of mango “wannabes”, or perhaps, odorless “nevahwasits” encrusted in a white powdered chemical substance that fell away like dandruff when peeled from its bagged neighbor. The bag itself was unmistakably my old familiar friend, that before being opened, brought about a slight stomach rumble and a watering of the mouth. In gastronomic horror, the bag’s first discharge was also an object remarkably familiar, but engendered a stomach reaction far less pleasurable. “Stomach churning” is the phrase that instantly sprang to mind, and remains most apt in now regurgitating my memories of the event. Years before (and thankfully suppressed in my memory bank) on a very hot humid afternoon, I consumed, in a fit of ravenous hunger, a small Hershey candy bar, purchased in Tahiti from an island vendor. It, too, had the friendly familiar wrapper. When peeled back, I had also confronted the powdery grey colored candy bar, but in response to the call of my yearig stomach and lack other dietary options then available

Mango and dark chocolate can't go wrong with that.

I am so addicted to these. It is dangerous but OH SO GOOD.

So glad to find that someone on Amazon sells Costco's dark chocolate covered mangoes. Costco only sells to the business members, which is so disappointed. They were exactly the ones I had purchased from Costco. Highly recommend and so happy to have found them.
