Panasonic KX-TGF340B DECT 1-Handset Landline Telephone

I got this phone answering machine system just cause I wanted to buy myself something because I hadn't done anything in awhile on amazon.com it works great awesome phone system I would recommend it to others I just got it today May 22nd 2016 it is worth the price of great price $75.50 I also got a satellite phone for for the kitchen for $32.50 if you want it would be better to buy them together or separate that's your decision. Have a relaxing day. God bless. It can also support six satellite phones on one base unit.

I think the best thing about this new phone, is that it is much better than my old version of it.But here is the clincher!You can 'CALL BLOCK' and that has cut down greatly on the spam garbage calls a lot.

This replaced a 21 year old Panasonic phone that was similar but finally began to wear out due to much use. I particularly like that it has a good speaker phone built into the handset. The verbal caller ID feature is useful.

As a professional executive coach, I spend a lot of time on the phone with clients and I got this phone to replace my fancy Plantronics CT-14, which just went kind of haywire. The phone works great. Sound is crystal clear and the battery lasts forever.My only complaint is that the menu interface is a bit clunky, making getting to stored #s kind of cumbersome. But overall I am very happy.

Just recived new phone, so for so good, it sames to be pretty eazy to set up, good sound, speaker work great, I haven't used the call block, I will be a frist time grandfather and readly with the baby montor, I like alarm clock. I got this phone used at a very low price. Very happy.

I still think Panasonic makes the best overall quality phones--especially sound quality--have a couple of different ones in our home, have lasted many years and taken plenty of abuse (dropped, knocked into things).But this one is a dog. Too many problems to list.I returned it after two days.I won't recommend another model because it's really a matter of specific needs and personal preferences, but stay away from this one.

This phone was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to convert it to a wall mount for the kitchen. While there are many features, the set-up was easily, with much of it accomplished through the wireless handset.

The reveiw below was written soon after I purchased this model in May, 2016, which I gave a 5-star rating. After less than a year, I am now downgrading it to 3-star. I was/am happy with the increased capability of blocking 250 numbers. But now the MENU soft key on the handset no longer works properly. When pressing MENU followed by #nnn (where nnn are three numbers), one is supposed to be able to program the phone for many functions, such as silent mode. But now when I press MENU, the Phonebook comes up and I cannot program the phone for other functions any more. I think the phone's simple software has gone haywire. (updated in April, 2017).I had an old model of Panasonic cordless unit that only allowed 30 blocked numbers. Although it still functioning, this limit on blocked numbers is obviously not enough. After ordering this model with 250 blocked numbers capacity., I can't be happier with this feature. It has made my life a lot more peaceful and quiet. This 250-number capacity is the only reason I upgraded my unit.
