Tires were as advertised, shipping was fast

When I received this tire I was really concerned about the size. It did look smaller than the old tire( see picture) but after installing the tire and inflating it, all good and it’s perfect. It was installed on John Deere zero turn Z425.

I bought these tires as replacement tires for one of my Dixie Chopper lawn mowers. When I received them I noticed that they were a very light duty tire and that they had a seam running down the center of the tread. Although skeptical I had the tires mounted on my tractor rims at the cost of $25.00 per tire. When I picked them up I noticed that the tread area of the tire was very rounded so that tread to ground contact would only be roughly 3 to 4 inches, which means that there will be no traction. The picture in the ad is deceiving, showing no seam down the middle of the tread and a very flat tread design. The company that I purchased them from is CWO, (Custom Wheel Outlet), after my initial e-mail complaint to this company, there first response was asking me how many miles had I put on the tires, although the tires had been mounted on rims I had not installed them on my lawn mower, but there response assumes that they new the tires had been mounted and were potentially being used, (and I'm sorry, but what incompetent boob would ask how many miles had been put on a lawn mower tire, since I don't know of any lawn mower that has an odometer). Now the time between ordering the tires, receiving them, getting them mounted, and going back and forth with e-mails to CWO had been a little over 30 days and the final e-mail I received, was CWO telling me that they have a 30 day return policy and that they will not provide refunding if the tire has been mounted, I have to hand it to this company, they really know how cover their asses by killing time until their 30 day return policy has expired and by sticking the poor consumer with some piece of crap product. In conclusion: This tire is of very light duty for the abuse that it will receive from a larger lawn mower, it is definitely a defective design and I personally would never purchase a product from CWO ever again.

This tire is more so for atvs and utvs not lawnmowers. I bought 2 to replace my old tires on a 48in john deere zero turn. Ordered the size based off what was on it originally. Tires looked great, easy to mount, shipped on time, everything was fine no complaints. I got them mounted and went to put them back on and the tire is to big. This tire is tall as opposed to wide. I couldn't get the tire back on the lawnmower. Now i have to buy 2 more and have no use for these. Be aware and ask questions before you buy.

These tires are hard to find in my area. Only needed one but bought two to have a spare so I don't have to wait days to get a tire.
