Once it's put together it a really nice set but the directions need to be more detailed when it comes to adding the "shelves" which are not shelves. As far as could tell there is a specific order when putting together the four "shelves" and it took some time to figure it out. I gave it a 4 star rating because of the directions.

This patio furniture is very nice and very good quality, even the hardware is Stainless Steel. The chairs are a little higher than my previous chairs and much easier to get out of and very comfortable. As one other person mentioned it takes longer to remove all the bubble wrap than to assembly it ! It is a gamble to order something like this on line and have it shipped across the country but we had no problems at all and no damage. The seller CBM is the best I have ever dealt with so far and would recommend them to anybody.

This patio set exceeded my expectations. It arrived via FedEx Freight and was delivered right to my garage on a pallet. There were three large boxes and every piece was well-protected from damage. Literally- every piece was wrapped in bubble wrap and then wrapped in cardboard to make sure nothing was broken, dented or scratched. It took me more time to unwrap all of the pieces than it did to assemble them. The table comes in 9 pieces (four legs, four sides to the shelf, and the table top. The directions were easy to follow and the final assembly is sturdy. The chairs came in two boxes with two complete chairs in each box, including the seat cushions. They went together even faster than the table and have a gentle rock and swivel motion. The material is heavy duty and the finish is beautiful. So far, they haven't been terribly hot to the touch in the midwest summer sun either. I would highly recommend this patio set.

This product was delivered without any flaws. Very well packed and protected during transport. Easy to put together and fits beautifully on a 14 x 16 deck with plenty of room left to walk around. We like how the swivel chairs gives us no need to pull the chairs away from the table to sit down or get up. Very well made. We are very happy with our choice.

I have never written a review before, but am compelled to tell others who may be looking at this set and others from national name brands, that it far exceeded my expectations. The customer service pre-delivery was very hands on, it assembled easily and is a very attractive and well built set. I had my doubts with only 5 reviews and a company I was unfamiliar, but this set folks is more than I could have hoped for at twice the price. If you’re not sure, do it;)

Patio set is nicer than the picture shows , very durable, put it together by myself (used my on tools, a lot easier) cushions are very nice but a little on the thin size. I would not hesitate to buy again, like I said 5 STAR

good quality, easy assembly, looks great, seats are very comfortable.

The furniture is awesome!
