Schwarzkopf Got2b Metallics Permanent Hair Color, M68 Dark Ruby

There aren't a lot of permanent vibrant colored hair dyes out there. I have had good experience with this brand. I have really dark brown hair, so I decided to bleach it a couple of times before applying this. The pictures show what it looks like shortly after dyeing and several weeks later. At first, it's fuchsia-red. Then, it fades to pink. I personally like the faded pink color better. I have also used their Amethyst Chrome and loved it, so I think I will try dyeing the roots purple next, to go with the pink!

This is my mom's favorites, hair color and brand of purple. It doesn't fade much covers gray hair perfectly and she gets so many compliments.

The color came out just as anticipated and it made the hair very shiny with a nice healthy texture. It didn't have a strong odor and it was easy to apply. The only complaint is the flimsy, plastic style gloves which always creates an issue for me when trying to work with the hair.I recommend getting different gloves but otherwise a good product.

So, I'm not a big fan of box dyes. I liked the conveniency of it and the fact that I mess with my hair on a weekly basis, it is definitely cheaper. And, sometimes you don't always get the color you hoped for. You should never expect the color of the box. It's just an example of what it could look like. It was pretty close but I tested it out. I had 2 types of hair dye, 2 types of shampoo. I got this to see if it lasted longer than the other. There were no difference in shampoo. It did last a few days longer than the other. But, washing your hair every other day, as I need to, you are basically giving the drain your money. For the price this is, I don't think it's worth it. The color was very pretty and if it lasted longer, I'd definitely get it again. But not that I was looking but it was not Metallic. As the other 1 of these I tried. I just based it off of the color was similar to what I wanted. Slightly darker but again, it's more of an example, so I was basing it off of it was color to what I wanted rather than that's exactly what I wanted. Sadly, with colors like these, you're not going to get a permanently solution, but you do hope you get what you pay for and this was not worth it at all. I will stick to Manic Panic and Arctic Fox.

Love this hair dye i use it all the time I would definitely recommend it. I know its considered bad for your hair and everyone tells me not to use it but I’ve never had an issue with the product and it’s always exactly what it should be/ comes out as the advertised product. I understand there are “better” hair dye options but in my opinion all hair dye damages hair at the end of the day. I’ve been using this product for years and my hair has shown no issues whatsoever.
