Apple iPad Air 2 16GB WiFi 2GB iOS 10 9.7in Tablet - Space Gray (Renewed)

Just wanted to share a quick review of the iPad Air 2 (16 GB, gray). It’s a lightweight and comfortable tablet with a 9.7-inch Retina display that looks great for watching videos, reading, or browsing the web. It runs on iOS 10 and performs smoothly for basic tasks thanks to the A8X chip.The rear camera is 8 MP and the front is 1 MP—good enough for casual photos and video calls. The main downside is the limited storage (only 16 GB), so it’s not ideal if you plan to store a lot of files or use heavy apps.Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a simple, reliable tablet for everyday use like streaming, reading, or light browsing. It’s not the newest model, but it still holds up well for basic needs.

Purchased 2 refurbished iPads for my girls, they work perfectly. Came in nice packaging. Only issue was the charging blocks did not work that came with it. 10/10 would purchase again

My daughter received her ipad. It wouldn't hold a charge after a week. I tried to return it and the company wouldn't give me a replacement. They told me it was the wrong ipad. I am very upset and displeased with this company. Now I am out of my funds and the ipad.

I have now ordered 5 ipads from this company, because I ordered refurbished ipads from 4 different companies on AMAZON and Certified Resellers far and away have the BEST customer service I have ever worked with, they stand by their products 100% and go above and beyond if you have any issues with them, and their ipads work perfectly compared to the others I had to return that malfunctioned a lot.I will forever trust only this company with refurbished IPADS rather than buy new or used anywhere else.

This item was in good condition, and it's currently working as designed. Battery life is not great but that can be contributed to Apple's design for this generation, and I keep it plugged in when I'm using it. The screen has two or three very light scratches and a really small nick on the side of the device but still in good condition for its age. I was able to render the scratches completely unnoticeable with a screen protector and the nick was covered with a leather case. I've owned this device for 16 days; I will be overly observant for issues during the 90 days warranty period but so far, so good.

First thing I will say it works well and I am pleased with that. But I will say the way it came packaged I am not pleased with. It came in a box that was bigger than the iPad with no padding to keep it from flopping around. And when FedEx not Amazon delivered it they just threw it down in front of my door and rang the bell. Amazon knows not to ring my bell. But I heard the package land on the ground. Now yes there was a thin layer of bubble wrap but it was not packaged tight. The charger and cord and actual iPad were lost moving around in the box. I had to give my son his birthday present a month earlier just to make sure it worked. Not impressed with that.

I purchased this in March '23, strictly for running an app (X32 Edit) for live sound mixing. One app - that's all I run on it; no messaging, no email, etc. I've used it maybe a dozen times; the battery will not hold a charge. I finally decided to write this review after the battery died overnight, after a full charge, and sitting unused. This is unacceptable. Even while the ipad is in use, while the charger is plugged in, it will not progress past the percentage from when it got plugged in (ex 55%). This kind of defeats the purpose of being wireless.
