9” from the floor. My 12 month old granddaughter can climb into it easily.

This chair is toddlers ages 1yr to 4yrs. My grandson is 2yrs old and he has to grow into this chair. When he reaches 3yrs old it will be a perfect fit.

It's 10 to 12 pounds. Fairly sturdy even tho light weight. The cover it comes with is not removable/washable. It's an extra $25 tho, so that's a bummer. Overall a good little chair.
