Sturdy and good quality foam roller. I have a couple of these for various rooms of the house. Foam rolling my back, hips and legs helps keep me pain-free.

My husband uses this more than I do because I really need one that’s smaller with handles, but this is great for his back and even his legs post running. It’s thick, thankfully, and can withstand kids goofing around. It’s very firm, no give it stretch to it. If you have a smaller reach like I do, it can be hard to move it as needed, but not impossible

Does the job nice and big durable . Good for rolling hams, back anybody part that’s stiff

My trainer recommended. Great for rolling sore muscles before/after exercising. It has held up well so far. Very sturdy. I use 2-3 times a week.

The firmness was to much. Good value for the money. Helps with pain relief. Definitely not lightweight. I was not a fan.
