I loved the tub. Unfortunately it was damaged when I received it. The company was great with the refund. I’m still giving a 5 star rating even though the tub was damaged simply because it likely happened during shipping. The tub was beautiful I feel customer service goes a long way

American made.
I wanted a bathtub that was easy to install a soaking tub and a deep tub I got exactly what I wanted my handyman install the bathtub and said it was very simple to do I did shop around at local stores everyone was back ordered three months I got on Amazon it was here within a week. And by the way again it was American made

Caution. Avoid tub. Amazon A-Z guarantee DENIED.
We looked at many tubs and unfortunately chose this one. After a full bathroom remodel, the tub looks great, however we quickly found the center/middle tub ledge pools a lot of water. The water just sits there. We have to use a washcloth or squinge to remove the standing water.We are now working directly with American Standard regarding warranty & resolution. They have been good to work with, however we’re still pending next steps, and reality is we may have to rip & replace the tub.*******And to make matters worse, Amazon’s alleged A-Z Guarantee was useless, they denied our honest request, forcing us to go after the 3rd party and manufacture. We’ve lost confidence buying on Amazon. Thanks Amazon.
