Works amazing

I had off-brand skimmer on a different pool before I had to replace it. Got this skimmer and the quality is night and day. From the plastic to the gasket, they’re not even in the same league. This one is soooooo much better and it’s easy to install.The only negative I have is it needs to come with an adapter so that it connects to Intex hoses. I would absolutely pay extra for such an adapter. I know Intex probably has some kind of exclusive thread pattern and/or size, which is the thing that makes sense why there’s no method included.Besides that, you’d be foolish to settle for any other skimmer

Good quality, fair price , upgrade butterfly gaskets seem better than 7 year old ones when pool installed

Great product, no issues, install was easy. Everything arrived in good shape, looks great and no leaks. Gaskets that it comes with seem to be good quality. No complaints.

I bought this to upgrade my vinyl pool because I get sick of sweeping/netting it all the time. I have bought this twice. The first one I accidentally broke the pipe (that I had glued into the bottom of it) by running into it with my mower. I couldn’t get the broken pipe out because it was glued. I loved it so much though that I bought another one. I had pipe in the bottom because I added a valve shut off. I kept the valve shut off but did not glue it this time! The skimmer works great. Honestly, I love it. Was skeptical the first time I bought it about cutting the hole in my vinyl liner, but I’m so glad I did. It makes my life so much easier. Plenty of videos on YouTube on how to install it. I suggest putting it on and cutting your liner last, which all the videos I watched also recommended.
