Linon Frankie Natural Wood Washed Storage Bench

Excellent price; very solid, well-weighted wood or composite wood product. Ease of assembly - all holes are perfect fit - and the starter holes make it very easy to know where exactly to place the assembly parts and hardware. It's a pefect fit at the end of one of our couches - really very happy with the product.

I absolutely love this product. The wood is nice thick & sturdy. Definitely worth the money. It was easy to put together & all the holes aligned up right. It can easily seat two people. The storage is great. I have mine in my mud room & it holds all our shoes. Found the pillows on amazon as well.

Went together well. All holes were spot on. Only complaint is it was on sale the day before I ordered and it went up before I could buy. Still,I can say I am very happy with this purchase

Took less than an hour to put together and found that it helps to have a second set of hands close by. Although the major pieces of the bench are attached together with screws and dowels, I added a bit of urethane wood glue to ensure the joints didn't loosen over time. Screws locations are all pre-drilled by the manufacturer. The only flaw I found was that the split bench seat halves didn't quite line up square using the pre-drilled holes for the hinges. I repositioned the screws to obtain a nice even gap. I would have given a full 5 stars otherwise. Overall the bench is quite sturdy and perfect height for putting on boots and shoes and great place to store winter accessories (hats, gloves, etc). The seat height is exactly 16.5" high, which makes bending down to pull on shoes less of an effort than some of the higher seats I see listed here

Everyone really likes the bench. It was easy to put together and it has decent storage space.

This bench is quaint looking and was easy enough to assemble. It is sturdy as a seat for sitting and getting dressed. It fit in very well with my bedroom ensemble.

I was looking for something to store shoes in at the front entryway so the dog wouldn't eat them :) I had been looking at used benches on FB Marketplace, but people seem to think that their chipped, ugly, and old rotted storage benches from the garage are a get rich quick scheme... So I looked real quick on Amazon and saw this. I figured for the low price it would be that mid 80s K-Mart quality (You know, where it bends after a month or so if you place anything over 1lb on it.) This bench FAR exceeded my expectations! It's quite heavy, and though it's obviously not solid hardwood, whatever plywood or pressboard they used to make it is very good. Simple to put together as well.

It is hard for me to understand how I am the only one to get two benches that had several quality issues. Interestingly the two benches I received had different parts. The holes for the very first screws did not align with the board. Not a good start. We worked through that issues but the big problem came when we tried to install the lids. None of the holes matched up for the hinges. Also, the holes on one of the lids was on the wrong end. Additionally one of the lids was a completely different color than the rest of the bench. So, Per the instructions I called the "customer service" number listed on the instructions. What I got was a recorded message telling me to go to their website and fill out a form. So, there was no customer service person to talk to and try resolve the issues Thanks to Amazon I was able to return both benches and eventually get a refund. If you decide to go ahead and buy this bench I would strongly urge you to make sure the above issues don't exist before putting it together.
