Cute, Colorful Dress!
This dress was perfect for my daughter's 4th birthday party. It's true to size. She's typically a 3T/4T. I went with the 4T and it worked well. The top part of the dress was a little big, but once you tie the ribbon in the back it brings it in and it's perfect!

I normally buy 6 in dresses, the site suggested I order a 7…. I’m so glad I did because it was the perfect fit.November birthdays are chilly and it was roomy enough to wear a top under it with sleeves. It’s lined, made well and comfortable to wear. It was a bit wrinkly upon arrival. Hung it up over night, that did the trick. No ironing needed. Really happy with this purchase.
