Excellent for bread machine.
Love the 10 grain mix. Works great in bread machine. I’ve made 4 loaves so far, all of them turned out perfectly. I’ve added 1/2 cup honey, seeds and dried fruit to the bread mix with excellent results. Very versatile.

Grea company and delicious grain bread
Hard to find many choices for bread machines or for hand kneading. Bob’s red mill makes a delicious healthy quality product.

Makes delicious bread from a bread machine
Used this in my bread machine, just dumped the ingredients and let the machine do the rest. Used the wheat bread and 1.5 lb setting. About 4 hours later, a very delicious loaf of bread. Only negative is the cost, it's a bit pricey at about 6 dollars a loaf for a 4-pack. This is a good option when you need a good artisinal bread for a special occasion, or otherwise want to elevate an ordinary sandwich once in a while.
