Puig5022F Dark Smoke Trend Universal Windshield

For a universal, it fits like it was made for my bike! Install was super easy, only took like 10 mins to get adjusted to my liking. Very flexible and easily adjustable. Blocks the wind sufficiently when I ride. It looks amazing as well! Reasonably priced too! Worth it if you're in the market!

I have been using this windscreen on my 2020 Can-Am Ryker 900. The installation process was moderately challenging, mainly due to the numerous moving pieces involved, but considering it was my first experience with a universal windscreen, that might have contributed to the frustration. I opted for the smoke version, and I must say it looks really good. However, there's a slight drawback in that it's not entirely clear to see through the windscreen when I want to lower my head at freeway speeds. In hindsight, the clear version might have been more suitable for this purpose.One important tip is to ensure proper positioning during installation so that the front compartment can open and close smoothly without any interference. Once you get that right, everything works well. Despite these minor issues, I still like the product overall and would consider buying it again if the need arises.

I purchased this for my CB1000R. It fits well and looks as good as it could, I guess. I'm not a fan of the windscreen on a naked bike look, usually, but I am a fan of the protection it gives, and with how many miles I commute (140 round trip) I had to sacrifice the form for function.As far as fitment, it takes some adjusting. I fiddled with it for a good 30 minutes until I had it the way I wanted, but you can get it into just about any position to suit the look you're going for or the protection you want. To preserve the sporty look as much as possible I set it as low as I could (similar to the manufacturer's picture above) and leaned back as much as it would go. In this position it looks as close to what I imagine Honda might have done had they put a windscreen on it. It provides a ton of protection from the wind as well. for longer trips I'll loosen a couple of bolts and raise it higher into more of a touring position.Quality is excellent. nothing more to say here.Overall it's one of the better looking screens I've found for the CB1000R and ironically the cheapest. I'll update this post once I've put more miles on with it and I'll add some photos as well.

Fit well - easy to adjust. Great job deflecting wind- very stable. Just don’t plan to see clearly through it.Looks good.

Very well engineered product. Mounting mechanism is impressive, but maybe not universal. It would not fit my 2017 Kawasaki Z650 - the exact white 2017 bike used in the photos - in the way they show it mounted in the listing and it could not possibly do so - that is a doctored marketing photo so do not use it to try to install. It took me about 5-6 tries, but there is a way (and only one way) to mount it that will make it work on a z650. Spread the brake lever as far as possible and mount the right side backwards (bar mount forward) first. Just keep playing with the right side mount until you get something to work. When you find it the master allen screw will be touching the speedometer. The right side will have very limited to no range of movement, but the left side is generally free. You will need to set the left side to balance whatever you can set with the right side. Once installed (which is ok but not really easy), I believe the manufacturers claims about performance are spot on honest and legitimate. 46% wind reduction seems like about what I get. I am 5'11" and set the shield over 60 degrees (maybe 75) and it makes a huge improvement in riding comfort for my torso (blast and cold). I have more helmet noise than without but not much buffeting. The screen is really thick (more than most screens) but the surface is unpolished and you cannot look through it clearly.

I put this on a 2016 Suzuki GSX-S1000ABS. Had Puig's touring windscreen, the only windscreen made specifically for my model, for over 2 years and I would call it a warm weather windscreen. It did not work well in colder weather or in heavy headwinds. Buy it if you never ride in cold weather.Installed the Puig Trend Universal and it works great. Both torso and shoulders are out of the windblast. This windscreen is the same height as Puig's touring windscreen but is almost TWICE as wide! Even thought it is wider it still looks great. I think it looks better than the Puig's touring windscreen. Rode for over an hour with temperature in the 40's. Build quality- EXCELLENT. Does not rattle or shake. SOLID AS ROCK.

Looks great, sleek and clean. Works perfectly, took alot of wind off the chest and face. Installs in minutes, easily adjustable, very sturdy, great bug catcher!

this is described as a universal fit, upon receiving windscreen i could tell tell this was not the case, the windscreen was not even installed but seller kept $35.00 of my refund. i will not order or recommend this item cause of this reason.

Watch a few youtube videos to install on my Ryker. Watch them all as they each have good tips. I think I would have gone with dark smoke but light smoke looks ok too. Made a world of different highway speeds. You wouldn't think so as it is small but even sitting up looking over it you do not get the wind. Great price.

Très satisfait de la livraison strictement dans les délais courts, par la très bonne protection de cette belle bulle épaisse, solide ainsi que les fixations très faciles à installer et pour positionner la bulle comme on le désire, la teinte gris fumée protège bien de la lumière tout en voyant bien à travers.J'ai rallongé cette bulle avec une ancienne que j'avais conservé et maintenant ça protège encore mieux...Je conseille vivement cette belle bulle, j'en suis entièrement satisfait et pas trop chère en plus...
