Spiders hate it! Arachnophobes love it!

I'm glad this is seemingly non-toxic (enough) to pets as long as it's allowed to dry. While walking the perimeter of the house, spraying any spots that bugs might be able to crawl in through, I noticed something peculiar... All of our window screens on the first floor have a conveniently cat-sized hole ripped through them.It explains why I've found so many dang spiders in the house as of late, and why I have a seemingly never-ending supply of flies to swat. I don't mind the latter so much, mostly because of the satisfaction I get from it (stemming from my pure hatred of flies, as well as the 'thump' sound from hitting them mid-flight) but the spiders/webs left and right were driving me crazy! I don't wanna eat them in my sleep! As I went window to window, doorframe to doorframe, spraying a neat foam rectangle around each, I stumbled upon 2 (3?) different test subjects to help me see just how effective this product is.- Test subject #1: Jumping SpiderNow, I really don't mind jumping spiders all that much. They're small, mostly stick to themselves, and curiously enough, I've never seen one weave a web. Alas, this poor laddie wandered right into my line of sight while I was treating the first window, so I gave it a go. I doused him thoroughly in the spray, and he didn't even try to jump! I would say he technically 'died' within a few seconds, as the last few seconds of movement were so minuscule, I doubt his spider-mind was able to comprehend much after the initial blast. All-in-all, it took the spray about 10 seconds to erase all signs of life from this almost-tolerable jumpy boi.Test subject #2: Demon-Spawn Tarzan (I hate this spider so much ew oh god gross looks so nasty)At the third window I went to treat, I walked through a web that got in my hair and face (I might buy the gallon next time) and I stopped to ins[p]ect myself (haha) for any spiders that might've got on me. Good thing I stopped and took a moment, because out of the corner of my eye, I see a little brown crawly boi swinging at me like the king of the jungle himself. I jumped back and gave him a tactical spritz (a tiny amount of fine mist, like a department store cologne sample) that undoubtedly made contact, but was so scarce that there was no visible sign of the spray on the demon afterwards. His nasty, evil legs started dancing like a madman, constantly stabbing at the air as if his last, dying wish were to give me nightmares and creepy-crawlies for days. I aimed the can to give him another spray as good measure, but before I even got the chance to double-dose him, he ceased - thank god. All-in-all, this nasty brown arachnid died in about 8 seconds after receiving just a tiny spritz of the product.Test subject #3: Satan's scavenger (winged feces-muncher)When I finally got to the shed, I was happily lining the corners with this wonder-foam when I heard a buzzing that was all too familiar, and all too close-by. A fly! He buzzed around stupidly in a 12-inch circle, making it easy enough to catch him in just a tiny bit of mist. This definitely bothered him, as he started flying more frantically, and charged towards me blindly a couple of times. Each time, he was met with another cloud of 0.03% Deltamethrin blasted in his direction. Now, being a fly and all, it was hard to tell how much of the product actually made contact with the ugly beast, but it's fair to assume that he got a slightly higher dose than #2 did. [The reason I marked #3 as (3?) is because this product was not marketed as a fly-killer, and I can't tell if it is effective as such. Besides, the can says to 'not spray into the air', so most fly-hunting with this product would be deemed irresponsible.] Sadly, I lost track of him when I stepped out of the shed for some fresh air, and was not able to locate him when I went back in. Did he die at my hands - er.. Spray? Or did he live to fly another few hours? The world will never know. I like to think he lived out the rest of his days getting rejected by potential dates all because of the funny smell I put on him. But that's just me.All-in-all, this product works great for killing spiders, and is cheaper than replacing your window screen every time your cat tears through it - Although it will probably not do much against mosquitos and flies; You need the ol'-fashioned zap-racket for those ones. The straw nozzle works great, and is so satisfying that I'm going to buy another can just for the fun of reinforcing my houses bug-barrier in another month! Will update then.

Effective home protection

This home defense spray works very well. My family’s last apartment was on the ground level, so we dealt with all sorts of bugs coming in. Once we started using this product, our bug issues disappeared. We no longer live in an apartment on the bottom level, but we still use this spray. This exact product is effective, easy to use, affordable, and pet friendly. The only issue is they don’t sell this spray in stores.

Really kills spiders and bugs.

Liked that it didn't have hardly any smell. The straw is very convenient for cracks and crevices.

Not great with Boxelder bugs

I gave this product three stars because you must use it with another pest killer. It’s always a good idea to double up with Boxelder bugs, but they just kept coming and this held them off for about 12 hours and then they were coming up through the cracks again.

Great for avid ornamental Gardeners, too!

I initially purchased this for spraying around the door seals of our home; however, I've come to use it for unwanted pests in my flower garden. Because it has a long, precise straw applicator, I am able to aim and shoot the bug from a distance with about 90% accuracy. The satisfaction of attacking a big, Texas grasshopper devouring my beloved plants is priceless. I keep a can handy in the garage for easy access. It doesn't take much of the product to kill either. One quick shot is all you need! One can lasts me all Summer. I haven't had any damage to my flowers if a bit gets on them. It also works great for it's intended purpose.

Great for Crickets + Roaches

This is my second summer using and REE-ordering this product, so that should tell you something right there. I use it mainly for Roaches indoors and out, but it also takes care of other bugs like crickets.Last night I heard a cricket in my garage and sprayed a small line on the floor near where I heard the chirping. Tonight? No more chirping. It works the same with roaches. Now, don’t expect to spray it directly on a roach and watch it die. It doesn’t work like that. It seems to be more of a bait, and that’s exactly what you want with roaches so they can take it back to feed the others and eradicate them at their source. No smell, no fumes.I live in the Phoenix area where we get those big sewer roaches and they’re no match for this product. Love it!

Waste of money

Does not work! I've sprayed this a dozen times in the same spot, but the next morning the ants are right back!
