Are these 100% polarized and are they as thick as the original lences?

Yes, there are 100% Polarized. I don't know what lenses you had originally so I can't say they are the same thickness. But I can say Lens Swap lenses are custom made to fit in your Oakley frames. The lenses you're inquiring about are 1.4mm thick which are ideal for your frame.Thank you for your questions. Happy to help

Is there a warranty on this item ?

I don't know if there is a warranty per say, but the customer service representatives are extremely helpful. They did replace my lenses when there was a defect. Hope this helps.

Will these fit my metal holbrooke's?

Yes, I swapped out the Lena on 3 of my Holbrook’s all fit perfectly. They look original.

“Is this item is original from oakley?”

There was nothing on the item or the additional gifts that said Oakley. However, this product fit perfectly and the visual aesthetic along with the actual visibility was excellent. I would tell you to get these if you are looking for a replacement or just to get a different look to your glasses.
