I rarely write reviews as I am a working mom of two toddler boys (enough said) but when I saw that this one had a low review based off of too much water left over in the pot I had to write one! If there is too much water, add less next time, or boil longer.. easy! All the 365 rice types have instructions that often times end up with a tad bit too much water so adding less is a good rule of thumb when buying this rice. But, the important thing is that this is the BEST rice I have found! I have multiple in my pantry at all times. It does not taste like the cheap minute type rice and other types that you buy at your neighborhood grocery store. I buy mostly organic items and I like my food to taste fresh, be healthy, but still have flavor without breaking the bank! We cook this rice with a lot of the dinners we prepare and my husband and kids love it! One of our boys is a VERY picky eater and when we make him this rice nobody else gets much of it.. and this is a boy who will refuse a chocolate chip cookie! If you need an easy, delicious and less expensive side to add to dinners or to get your kid some calories this is where it's at!

Tastes rice-ey. More of the wild rice would make it better. How wild is it if it’s domesticated, grow, and harvested in mega bulk?

My wife and I love Near East Long Grain and Wild Rice. We've been abbreviating it as LGW for many years because it has been a staple of our pantry for ages. But we haven't been able to reliably purchase it at our local stores for the past several years, so we've been looking for an alternative.The 365 version of LGW scores major points because it's organic. That alone will keep us coming back. But flavor-wise, it's pretty bland. The "flavor pack" is basically a bit of bouillon that doesn't add as much flavor as you'd hope. It's definitely missing the spices they put into Near East.So, yes, we'll buy it again, but we'll continue to pine for "the real thing."

The rice was tasty and easy to cook. We made our version of dirty rice. I browned ground turkey. I cooked the rice in low sodium chicken broth. Then I added broccoli and mixed everything together. We can't do Zatarains anymore due to sodium concerns but this was even better.

Not taste very good and old, the seasoning was either old or melted into lumps.

This rice is tasty and easy to prepare. I recommend it.

I enjoyed this rice. I like that the rice and seasoning are in individual packaging. Rice is NOT loose in box. Taste is good. I used butter instead of suggested olive oil and it tasted good.

Super easy to make and it tastes great
