Tasty Bran cereal with a mere three grams of sugar per serving
Many of us prefer to eat something with breakfast that helps keep things moving, if you understand what I mean. Bran seems to be helpful, but the majority of bran cereals on the grocery shelves contain huge slugs of unnecessary sugar. For our family, sugar content is acceptable if it's less than four grams per serving. And of course we'd prefer no icky Corn Syrup, hydrogenated grease, MSG, or other unpronounceable chemicals. This 365 Whole Foods Organic Bran Flakes meets our criteria, with only three grams of Cane Sugar and 125 Mg of Sodium per serving. Yet, it tastes like cereal, not cardboard.

High in fiber with a nice crunch
It's all a matter of individual taste and intention---the 365 organic bran flakes offer me the nutrition and fiber that I need in my diet as well as a nice crunch of the cereal without tasting like cardboard. Granted, bran is relatively "flavorless" but when you add the milk (or yogurt or kefir), fruit, and/or whatever you fancy the bran cereal is a welcome morning breakfast.
