Replacement remote works great!
Great buy! We ordered this remote to replace an old one that had stopped working. Easy to install provided that you take note/photos of the placement of the old one before unplugging it. Ours was threaded through the back of the seat and underneath, and was zip-tied in 3 places under the seat to prevent the cable from crushing or wrapping around hardware and moving parts. We replaced the zip ties and attached new ones in the same places. Also, since recliners are not alike, be sure the new cable is long enough even though the remote and plug are compatible.

Works great once I figured out how to put it back together.
Since I'm not mechanically inclined, it would have helped to have just a simple drawing to help with installation. That being said, once I traced my steps and figured it out, the remote works great. I do wish the blue lights were not so very bright, but I just keep the remote tucked inside between the arm and the seat. I suggest you take a couple of pictures BEFORE removing the old remote. Wish I thought of that sooner. :)

Fit perfectly with my 10-15 year old recliner
This is awesome, it fit my recliner perfectly (just the cable was a little shorter but still usable. Actually, I think that the cable is the perfect length for my recliner.
