Poundex F6984 Bobkona Isidro Faux Leather sectional

I received this item in June after waiting several weeks. The package arrived in a beat up box. Upon opening the box there were dirty large handprints on the couch, and a tear in the cloth that lines the bottom of the couch. It appeared as if they sent me a used or returned item. The hassle to return such a large item did not seem like an option. I made the best of the couch after waiting so long. I cleaned the material with a leather cleaner I use for my Lexus. The Couch seemed to clean up ok. I have two dogs and was going to cover it anyways. We do not sit on the couch often and it’s covered for my dogs; but I do remove the couch cover to be cleaned every two weeks.Fast forward only a few months and the couch seams have been gradually separating and it has become more noticeable. When taking off the couch cover today, and noticing the seams are separating more after only 5 months I decided to post this review so no one else will waste their money!! The quality is very poor. I had read other reviews before purchasing the couch saying how fantastic the item was, but this couch was delivered in poor condition, probably used or quickly returned and is made cheaply.. I’m pretty sure I’ll be forced to by a new couch soon, but for now will keep it covered and hope the seams do not separate any further.

Just received this sectional today and I am pleased. It’s not large but not small either. It’s perfect, I think, for only two people. It’ll be easy to clean and unlike my other couch, it fits on my rug so I finally have tons of space to vacuum and actually walk around.Delivery went without a hitch. Heads up though, have two people. I brought this in on my own, down some steps and it’s not heavy per se but incredibly awkward. All in all I am happy with the purchase. It’s a beautiful color as well.

Price very good.Look just like pictures..and easy to clean and very comfortable..

Easy to essemble. Came with some small tears under the top cushion; not enough damage to be worth the trouble of getting it replaced though. Cushion is a bit ferm and the back is stiff but hoping a few throw blankets and breaking in will make it comfy.

I bought this when it was $400 and that was still too much!!! It's definitely not worth $1200!!! All of the faux leather is peeling, all of the seams have split, and one of the springs is poking out of the cushion. The legs are jacked up too and I had to remove them since they never stayed in place. I tried to use leather repair tape on the seams, but it didn't work. We haven't had the money to replace it, so I had to buy couch covers to hide it. It's freaking embarrassing! We have had it at most two years and it's complete trash. It was never comfortable either. This couch is the worst purchase I have ever made!!!

Im disappointed the description and some reviews talked about it being white ITS NOT. More like off white ivory also it cane with a little damage. Otherwise its a good looking sectional

Beautiful sofa. I love it. Also the customer service by phone did a great job as I ordered white then my wife wanted to kick me out , they changed to grey, I'm home and watching TV with my new sofa. Also very comfortable, plus it took me 20 minutes to build it. All parts were there.Thanks you I will suggest you. Also one of my friends already asked me where I bought it. The couch it's self is extremely comfortable and beautiful, but poorly sent. My chicken enjoy the chaise end.
