Works well
This is a fine cable. Unlike a comment I saw somewhere, I had no problem connecting 3M Red Dot EKG electrodes, on- or off-body. My only slight complaint is that the ground (black) lead is too short. If you want to set up the ground on the ankle, it severely limits your positioning options for where you can locate the plug.
