How long do I have to wait to see the effects of Collagen?

No, green tea does contain caffeine. In fact, almost all teas contain caffeine. The amount of caffeine in green tea is much less compared with other forms of tea or coffee. I read an article by a dermatologist recently saying that liquid collagen cannot really affect your skin in any way. It won’t reduce wrinkles or plump up skin etc. However, in my opinion this collagen has a blend of vitamins and other ingredients in it which may help your energy levels and general Well-being. I haven’t noticed any changes really within two months except reduced appetite between meals. A thin patch of baby hair has grown but it probably would have anyway. No change to lines or wrinkles. Don’t expect miracles to be honest!
