finally found rail replacement
I needed 8' rails with 13 slots for slats. These were blank rails but I was able to cut out slots with a dermal cutoff tool. perfect fit and repaired my fence!

I have the clearance I needed
It was as described 2" by 3.5" PVC post. I tried to order For the end but they didn't have them. For the price it was very expensive.

Vinyl Fence rail
I needed to repair a vinyl gate that had split after getting slammed during a windy day and was just happy to find a vendor that sold and shipped single rails! Gate looks as good as new!
