The iron allows for tip swaps and seems to keep the temps displayed on the iron temp gauge. With a chiseled tip it's keeps up with a de-solder job of 200+ points as fast as I can move across them. Soldering it also keeps up very well. The heat gun is very fast and works great for a number of applications such as heat shrinking or surface mounts. I didn't know how much I would like it when I bought it because I had very little experience and didn't want to spend a ton of cash on a unit I might destroy. This one has worked out great and I have no desire to upgrade since it's fits my needs and has been reliable. Review: OK to purchase. Arrived on time and intact. - Works as advertised. Dislike the arrangement of the front panel but a label maker solved my issue. I do like the auto on/off feature of the heat gun that cools to 100°C and turns off when returned to the cradle. Both tools reach set temperature quickly at this time. Have used for one month with no proformance issues.

Subpar rework station
Subpar rework station. Soldering iron heats up, but isn't able to maintain its temperature. Large amount of wasted space in the unit. Contents only fill about 1/3 of the case. Switches seem to be wired backwards. The A switch does not correspond to the A display, etc. Greatly disappointed for the price it cost.

Good little soldering station.
I bought this for a project that will require a lot of soldering. After buying it, it allows me to do more and even more efficiently. I am soldering strings of Xmas lights together for a display. The only issue I have and it is minor, is that it is in Celsius. No big deal, but should be known for anyone that may have issue with it.

Makes solder jobs easy.
Quick heating lightweight soldering iron and a quick heat gun are a plus. Nice touch to have the heat gun go to cool down mode when it is placed in its holder. Ive used this unit on several projects so far snd i dont know how i ever did without it.

Really nice tool
Arrived quickly and packed well. Have used the hot air feature so far. Very responsive and reacts to settings quickly. I would recommend this product.
