Amdro 100550427 Ant Killer for Outdoor Home Perimeter 24 oz, Black Label

As with almost every other product that make similar claims, I expected to be let down with its performance. I waited until the weather forecast called for multiple sunny days in a row. I probably used more product than necessary, I emptied the entire jug in one application on about 30 square feet, but it was worth it. I applied the product at 3pm on a Monday, by 7am Wednesday saw no ants at all. NONE!!!!!! I was shocked and amazingly surprised. I didn't expect this to work at all, let alone work this well. It's been a week and a half and I have yet to see an ant anywhere near my driveway pad where the product was spread. I ordered two more jugs as back-up just in case some ants come back to the area. I can't locate the nest or I would dump an entire jug down the hole to the nest. I spread half of a second just as a protective measure. Overkill maybe, but im not taking any chances. So far this stuff is awesome!

This product definitely works. Just bought a house and the previous owners didn't maintain the front and back yard. Huge ant beds were EVERYWHERE, making it impossible to mow/edge/weed eat without shooting ants everywhere (including on me) and I couldn't sit outside and enjoy my property. I've been using this about a month and it's cut down ant beds by 85% at least. I see small ones pop up periodically (especially after rain) but I quickly put this product on them. I've researched ant problems and apparently I live in an area where the soil (sandy) is perfect for ants. A professional said we have to change the composition of the soil to totally eliminate these pests. I just treated my property with weed, feed and seed. The weed/feed/seed product I'm using also helps eliminate fire ants. Amdro definitely works and it's saved me from further bites from fire ants, while landscaping my property. It goes a long way so I'm still using the original container. I have about. 2 acres and I've been diligent about applying it Summer is coming so I may get one more for back up just in case. Hopefully I can improve the soil over time, making it less desirable for these pests. It is easy to use and I like the cap design that allows me to sprinkle it without over doing it and wasting product. I'm sold on Amdro.

I have been battling red ants in my yard for 6 months. I have used professional chemicals such as Talstar Xtra, Bifen L/P, Demon and some home remedies. They all seem to kill the ants but then they are back with a vengeance. Must not be killing the queen. A friend told me about this product, said it works very well. I had to try it. When it arrived I sprinkled the correct amounts on each mound, by morning it killed all ants and the mounds were dead. This included mounds that I had not seen. They must have been connected. This worked the best. now I am going to try it on the wood ants in the trees.

Sprinkle outside of house and ants disappear. Works well but rain affects performance. Reapply is easy and dry ground is best.

We were having problems with tiny ants everywhere, getting in the house from who knows where. I was never able to find where they were coming in. Had been spraying over and over with triazacide, but it wasn't helping. Decided to look for something else and came across this. I was skeptical, but wow, this stuff did the trick. After I sprinkled it all around the outside of the house, I found a bunch of ants carrying chunks of the stuff around thinking it was food. Within a day I could tell a difference. After a few days it was hard to find an ant. I will definitely buy this again; I was amazed at how well it worked.

So I Bought Amdro Ant Killer, this stuff works! It's like Pebbles or Yellow Rice. They say it won't work if it's wet, so avoid rain and all that, sprinkle it Dry. I had so many Black Ants it was crazy, me or the dogs could barely walk outside in our yard because they were just everywhere. I tried the Sugar Water and Borax and all that, but they just had a party and were swimming in it 😒..... As you can see from the pictures I sprinkled this stuff all around (Yellow). I watched some Ants carry pieces away and drop it away from their Hole, most Ants tho carried it inside, I'm sure it killed the Ant Queen. I came outside the very next morning and most of them if not all were dead, (Big pile of Dead Black Ants). I've sprinkled this stuff around Tiny Baby Ant holes as well, they will also take a piece into their hole. Amdro works, if I ever get Sugar Ants or Red Ants I'll use this stuff right away also. It works on all Ants.

Tried so many different ant poison and non ever worked for long.... This one is amazing. Not only does it work and fast,it takes very little, we have also noticed less ant piles popping up over time. Second time buying. We even gave some to family and friends to try.
