Here’s how I do it: I take chicken fillets, dip them first in flour, then in beaten eggs with salt and spices, and finally coat them in crushed cornflakes. I bake them in the oven without oil, and they come out crispy and super tasty!That’s why I always buy these cornflakes—they’re great for both breakfast and cooking. Highly recommend!

I love these corn flakes!
They are gluten free! I missed eating corn flakes until I tried these. They are as good as the name brand but unlike that brand this does not contain gluten!
