Q: Will this work on an iOptron G MC90 telescope?

NO. The reason is that the focusing knob is not like on most refractors and most Newtonian type telescopes. The Maksutov-Cassegrain type have a single focusing knob near the middle lower part of the scope near the diagonal/eyepiece and very little of the shaft would stick out let alone trying to find a place to attach the Orion AccuFocus bracket. The Maksutov-Cassegrain type focus is much different since the focus knob when turning will move the entire mirror forward and backward. If your insistent on wanting a unit to help focus then here is a link to a company called JMI Telescopes. I purchased a electronic focuser for my reflector from them years ago and I love it!
