Weave Got Maille2-Color Byzantine Chain Maille Bracelet Kit, Gold and Silver

This is a nice bracelet, the rings seen to be high quality and the instructions were good. It looks nice and was not hard to make. Somebody new to chainmaille could make it, it looks more complicated than it really is.

OMG! What a great kit. Easy to follow instructions and everything (except the pliers) you need to make this beautiful bracelet. I can't wait for my next it to arrive.

I did this on a pure whim and not going to lie. I had a ton of fun. For someone who has ADHD, it kept my attention long enough. It was a bit confusing to do, but it was first time and YouTube really helped me out. If your bored one day or want something to do in the office, or at home. Definitely go for it. Just know the rings are hella tiny!

The materials in the kit were as expected, and made a lovely bracelet. The only thing that keeps me from giving this kit a 5 is the directions. Very hard to follow. I was able to put the bracelet together only after watching a You-Tube video showing how it is done.

Received all things listed and enough links to complete about 8 – 9 inches, not including the clasp, but the accent color of the bracelet was a light pale pink and the clasp part was bright fuchsia pink. The other part that is not as pictured, was the clasp. It is pictured with loops closed, but the one I received had the loops ¾ closed.All things considered the instructions were easy to follow, the rings were small but with the use of a magnifier it was easy to assemble, and if the colors matched it would have made a pretty, petite chain maille bracelet.

Very cool new hobby. Much easier to get a good result than knitting for example.However, I have extremely good eyesight and I still found it difficult to see the tiny rings. So if your eyesight is not perfect, you may need some sort of magnifying glass.

The bracelet was easy to make, and the jump rings were excellent quality. Based on the price I was expecting this to low quality, but am very happy and impressed! Will definitely buy more kits from this company.

I made this bracelet in about 3 hours having never worked with chain maille. The instructions are very simple and clear and the material is easy to work with. I get lots of compliments on my bracelet.

As a beginner it took me a while to make it but it was worth it. It really looks great and got me willing to explore more the chain jewellery making.

Ordered this product as I am trying to get into a new hobby. Bracelet turned out good, however they may want to put what the size, AR, any form of info of what the rings are for measurement purposes.. i wasnt aware they would be 3.5 ID rings using 18 Gauge wire 3.43 AR.. they are small rings.. i kinda thought they would have been at least a 4mm ID ring on a thicker wire.. But all in all great product for those looking to create something nice for a loved one.

Byzantine is a bit hard to wrap your head around if it’s your first project but this bracelet is so lovely it’s worthwhile. Only two downsides — the rings were much finer than I expected and so I found myself needing magnification to get good closures. Also the clasp, while attractive, is not at all secure. My bracelet fell off the very first time I wore it, but thankfully I managed find it again. I strongly recommend replacing it with a more secure clasp.
