A worthy addition to my Ramen
I was looking for something interesting to add to my Ramen. I remembered this from way back and indeed I have these little itty-bitty ones in my dried Ramen add-ons. Taste just like surimi. Adds visual interest. May be a bit expensive for what you get though.
