They suggest you go up a size. I’m a 36 so I bought the 38. I was in hole 4 out of 5, not much room to get tighter.As the belt stretches over time, I’d be in the last hole with no more holes left. You can add your own holes if you want I guess.I returned the 38 and got the 36.I was only on hole 2 with 3 more that I could tighten. This was a much better fit for me considering that it will stretch over time.I’ve also lost 11 pounds since I bought it so I’m now on the middle hole and can even go to the 4th hole if I need it super tight.I expect to need the 34 sometime in April.I like the belt, and will likely just another black and brown one in April in the next size down.

Belt is solid leather. Buckle and keeper loop are sewn on. Coloring seems to be adhering so far. I ordered brown, but the belt is more of a taupe.

Belt looks nice and is comfortable. I’m usually a 38-40 in jeans, so I ordered the 44. The 44 was perfect fit. The belt was a bit squeaky for a few days, but that has stopped now.

Simple style, fits well. Leather durability. Softens with use - very comfortable.

Decent quality belt. The leather is not as durable as older Timberland belts. But it is at least a one-piece leather design. The buckle is good, with round edges that won't poke into you. If you're looking for a more lasting leather, stay away from this eco-conscious variant.
