Excellent for solo travel
Bought this bag (and a few others for comparison) for a solo trip to Japan. I narrowed it down to Core Surf and this one, fully packed each and tried them on. They were very similar aside from $$, but the Cotopaxi overall just felt like better construction. The shoulder straps were more padded and comfortable on the Cotopaxi (you’ll find that out quickly after carrying a full bag for 20 min). The waterproof outer liner was great when walking in the rain with an umbrella that didn’t cover the entire bag. Also people complain about not wanting the waist straps, I don’t like them myself - but they easily tuck and stow into the backpack so no issue there. Was a great backpack for an 8 day trip, even had some leftover room to fit some souvenirs. Was super nice easily moving through train stations, stairs and busy streets without having to tug a rolling back around.

Incredible Adventure Into the World of Travel Packs
This is the first "travel backpack" I have owned. I have traveled with top loader day bags and "business" laptop bags. I might have went overboard getting a 35L but happy to add it to my options for backpacks. If this is your first clamshell style travel bag, you will be amazed how much you can fit and how organized they stay. I would warn you that if you dont pack it full, it looks a little strange, flimsy and weight distribution feels odd to wear. Buy the right side bag for the trip and don't go overboard. These bags are made to be fully packed to take shape. Zippers are incredible on the outside. Interior zippers I wish were as durable as the exterior but still smooth. The finish is beautiful, durable and professional. This is a "backpackers" kind of backpack without looking like a tourist. Very professional appearance for business travel while giving you the space a serious traveler would expect.

Versatile and Durable Travel Companion
The Cotopaxi Allpa 35L Travel Pack has been an exceptional addition to my travel gear. Its clamshell design and internal mesh compartments make organizing belongings straightforward and efficient. The pack's durable materials and thoughtful features, like the padded laptop sleeve and multiple grab handles, enhance its functionality. Whether navigating airports or exploring new cities, this backpack offers both comfort and convenience. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a reliable and well-designed carry-on.

Amazingly roomy, light, and comfortable!
I haven't traveled with it yet; but did a "practise packing", in anticipation of a several-days vacation.I'm thrilled about how much I can fit into this "suitcase/backpack".I won't need to check any baggage for air travel!!

Very good travel backpack
I like this backpack a lot! I like that it has divided compartments, so I don't have to use my packing cubes and it fits a lot of stuff. I find it to be well made and the materials and zippers they use are of very good quality. The only drawback is that the shoulder straps aren't adjustable at the top, so I can't adjust it and it gets a little uncomfortable. Also keep in mind that this one doesn't bring the rain cover like the previous models I've seen so i had to buy that separately.

My favorite travel backpack!
I love this bag! This is a major upgrade from the first generation. I took this to Japan for two weeks, and it was perfect. It is the right size for longer and shorter trips. The laptop sleeve and drink sleeve make it a versatile carry on. I love the colors against the darker bag - it totally suits my style.

Best backpack!
LOVE this backpack!!! So many pockets. Wish there was a handle on both sides like older models but it's still an awesome backpack!

Worth every penny! My favorite!!
I travel a lot. Every week. I travel for work… anywhere from 2 to 4 days at a time. I don’t like dragging a roller bag around. I like to have my hands free and prefer a backpack. I was looking for a new pack for a while… I kept seeing this brand in airports with wild colors and didn’t know what the hype was about. I stumbled upon an Allpa 35 at a store and was able to see what they were. I didn’t like the color choice or I would have purchased it there. I went home and did some more research and made it official!Pros:*Color - I love the Teal/blue colors. Beautiful.*Clamshell design - it’s like wearing a carry on roller bag but not bulky. The compartments inside the clamshell are amazing as well!*The amount of clothing n such I can pack! I could comfortable pack for a week in this thing. (Not during the winter. Those winter layers take up too much space)*The outer pockets:~Laptop/ Tablet sleeve - I travel with a laptop and 2 tablets for work. They all fit in this together~“Quarter” pocket - had another zipped pocket. It’s bigger than it looks!~The smaller outer-most. Perfect for my portable battery charger, AirPods, ect.~Water Bottle Sleeve! Wouldn’t have purchased if it didn’t have this. I carry about a 52oz Hydroflask everywhere and it fits perfectly and doesn’t fall out.*I can pack this thing. It gets HEAVY! The straps don’t make it feel as it is though. Perfectly padded.Cons: I have none. Not one thing. This pack is worth every penny. Highly recommend!!If you want pics or a video… I can get some. But what’s been posted sums it up pretty good.
