Wasted money
Product required refrigeration. No ice packs, no indication on packaging that product needs to be refrigerated. Wasted money buying from this vendor as product had to be thrown away.

Disappointed
The probiotic drinks arrived warm. It says right on the container to keep refrigerated! I have never purchased a food item like this but I assumed that it would be safe for consumption if Amazon sold it. My husband drank one bottle and became extremely sick with severe stomach pains. Thankfully the purchase price was refunded. With the high cost of food I couldn't just throw away $37.99 & then purchase it locally. I appreciate the prompt, courteous service.
