Cuts beautifully. Makes an old-fashioned spin card.
I loved reveal wheel cards as a kid... so buying this die was only a matter of time.It takes a little practice to get the hang of it, I think. I did get my first one to work well by watching the LF tutorial many times. The puzzle piece for the window can be swapped out and replaced with different shapes... which would be cool if the puzzle outline didn’t press into your paper. Using a thick layer of washi tape seemed to help with this.Otherwise, it is a great little die. You’ll make beautiful interactive cards with this.(Note- you will need foam tape and a bead to make this work.)

Lawn Fawn Reveal Wheel is MUST HAVE!!
I LOVE everything Lawn Fawn! I had to buy this die set and Amazon is the cheapest place to get it, plus with Prime you get free 2-day shipping. It was here in no time! This die can be used with so many different types of cards to add that extra bit of flare! It turns out beautiful every time. I recommend watching some YouTube videos on how to cut the pieces out and assemble for beginning users, like myself lol. It's not hard and you will catch on very quickly!

Great interactive cards!
These dies make a great and easy to assemble interactive card. You follow the directions online and watch a YouTube video and bang, it’s so simple! You have a fun element for kids and adults alike. The dies cut really well and I have no trouble using them in my cuttlebug. I love lawn fawn products and this does not disappoint at all.

Amazing!
The dies are amazing. I used the Gemini jr to do my first die cut; however, I found the machine put too much pressure on the card stock and ended up very bent. I used Spellbinders Platinum 6 the 2nd time around, and the pressure was much better and it did not bent my card stock very much. Overall the dies provided an amazing interactive card.

Lawn Fawn never disappoints!
The title says it all! There are tons of videos on YouTube to watch to provide inspiration on using this die. It cuts well and was delivered earlier than expected.

Fiddly, no instructions, a die-cutting fault, buy extras to make it easy & see YouTube tutorials.
SUMMARY: Great concept. Unnecessarily fiddly to assemble. Lawn Fawn should:A. Remove the indentation fault.B. Correct the die that cuts the brad hole.C. Include their buyable-extra "Reveal Wheel: Essential Shapes" 3-stencil set as standard (for window/text positioning on the wheel).D. Make the product an enclosed card so no one can see how neat you've been (or not) with your inside foam pad construction as an intrigued giftee will look.LIMITED USE BUT HUGE POTENTIAL IF YOU BUY THE EXTRASI. Expensive. The first card costs 23 quid but the rest are free :-)II. Assembly is fiddly, time-consuming. Assembly's easy if you buy Lawn Fawn's extra "Reveal Wheel: Essential Shapes" 3-stencil set. I recommend it. It should be included as standard.III. The limited card-making potential soars if you buy more window shapes from the range. I recommend them. But that adds to the cost of course. Think of this product as the Base set.NO INSTRUCTIONSThe product webpage and the packaging should tell you to watch YouTube for instructions. I recommend Jennifer Maguire Ink's tutorial which is more practically orientated and more detailed than the manufacturer's.DIE-INDENTATION FAULTThe area where the window insert (whether the default or extras that I bought) attaches to the front card cover die leaves a slight but noticeable indentation mark on your card front.POSITIONING TEXT ON THE WHEELEasy to get it so it shows in the window. Tricky to get all text to match each other for the same height and being central in its slot horizontally and vertically. To achieve that buy Lawn Fawn's extra stencil guides, or eyeball it, or measure meticulously or, like me, do it by scanning the wheel with text added then edited in a graphics program (to remove pencil marks or sticky label marks) then die-cut the printed edited image (resulting in a smooth wheel with no layers stuck on).ADDING THE WHEEL INTO THE CARDPositioning the wheel between the die-cut card front and back is fiddly. No option but to eyeball it, and it must be done awkwardly as at the same time you need to work the mechanism to align it and without it being attached to either the front or back of the card.Once positioned, I pencil-mark position indicators on the inside of the card back - in two places. That way I have pencil marks to line up the wheel when it comes to fixing it in place. Once I've fixed it in place (using double-sided adhesive foam tape to give height, to keep the wheel clear of the card back), I erase the pencil marks but it means lifting up one side of the wheel - be careful not to permanently distort the wheel at this point. Lawn Fawn could improve things by adding die-cut positioning marks.THE BRAD HOLEThe die-cut brad hole needs to be enlarged using a fine awl. Lawn Fawn should adjust their die.RECIPIENT CAN SEE YOUR INTERNAL CONSTRUCTION AS IT'S NOT AN ENCLOSED CARDLawn Fawn's item produces an unenclosed foam sandwich, recipient can see inside. That needs work to mitigate. Lawn Fawn could solve that by producing a card more like an available rival Reveal Wheel die-set which is more enclosed.

Soddisfatta.
Le fustelle Lawn Fawn tagliano veramente bene. Facili da usare, permettono di creare molte cose graziose. Unica pecca, il prezzo.
