Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Active Dry Yeast, 08 Oz

Good quality, great value for the money, and can only guess that it is doing what it is supposed to do for my septic system. For the value I would buy it again.

I am new to yeast doughs and have tried other yeast, this was the best, and all my baking turns out beautiful. Won't buy another product.

This yeast is really “yeasty” Just make sure you use only HALF of what you would normally use - even says so on the package !! If you’re making pioneer bread in a Dutch oven - this yeast would be perfect for that as it makes fresh ground flour rise very well.

Love just about anything from Bob’s and this is no exception. Wouldn’t hesitate to reorder. Works beautifully in all my baking.

Excellent rapid rise yeast!

So far it works just as well as the name brands in the little packets. But it’s much easier take a jar out of the freezer and use a measuring spoon or scale to take what I need, rather than cutting open a couple packets and using a partial and trying to not waste it. I will buy this again.
