Q: Will this costume work for someone who is 5ft 11in?

I am 5ft and ordered a small and it came about mid thigh. I wore a petticoat underneath and it lifted the skirt a bit more. So it may be a bit short for you. Loved the costume!

I think you should order your normal size. My experience with this costume at first was that it was a little big and I ordered the XL. But if you're going to use a petticoat it's perfect. Remember to accessorize :-) Hope this helps. I'm 5.0 and at the time I was 190lbs.

I'm a size 16/38 waist and it fits me fine. It comes with a belt so you could make it appear smaller in the waist with it. There is a standard size in this same Bewitching Witch costume from Leg Avenue, you might be better off with that one in XL.
