I'm really impressed with the BISSELL SpinWave SmartSteam! I have white wood-look tile floors, which can be difficult to keep clean. This steam mop makes a difference.What I love:Strong Steam & Scrubbing Power: This mop actually gets the tough stuff up! I've had spots that usually require me to get down on my hands and knees with a brush, but the SpinWave, with a little extra time on the spot, took care of it.Rotating Mop Pads: The rotating pads really do the work for you. They scrub while the steam loosens the dirt.Effective on White Tile: My white tiles are looking noticeably cleaner. It's amazing how much dirt it still managed to pull up, even after what I thought was a decent sweep.Easy to Use: The mop is pretty intuitive and easy to maneuver.My Recommendation:Definitely buy extra mop pads! The media could not be loaded. I NEVER do reviews. EVER. I was skeptical about this steam mop bc there are so many and you never really know if one will do what you want it to do. Well this one does that and more. I didn’t want one with attachments bc those usually just end up in a closet somewhere. I wanted something basic to clean my floors without leaving a sticky residue like the swiffer.First- this thing is quiet. It is the ONLY floor cleaning device I own that my dog doesn’t bark atSecond- just water, no chemicals, floors looked amazing and water reservoir was large enough to get the job done without having to refill. I did my kitchen living area (that does have a large area rug, dining room and two small hallways and there is still water in it.I hope they keep this review near the top and maybe even Bissell might even give me a prize lol but this is worth the money. It works effectively and almost feels like a self propelled lawn mower if that makes sense.ALSO the pads on the bottom are much larger than I anticipated. Which means it gets the job done faster.Video -This is wear my trash can sits. My hands stuck to whatever that gunk is on the floor. It was a sticky mess. I purchased 2 lemons of a different brand last year. I wasted time, money, patience…and decided not to buy any more of these. The only reason I changed my mind was because of the reviews on this specific brand/cleaner…& being desperate.It came in a smaller box so I was worried if that’s why this product was on sale. Lol. The size is actually perfect for anyone. It’s not tiny, so don’t let the box fool you. The look, quality, and cord length met my expectations. The steam output adjust to whatever kind of floor you may have. The temperature sets itself (depending on if you have tile, hardwood, etc.) It’s durable and was simple to put together. It cleans and sanitizes extremely well which is what I was looking for since it’s the start of lets spread more germs season. It cleaned up a lot of tough spots my other non steaming cleaner was not. The mop pads need changing if you realize it’s not working as well on your floor or if you realize it’s leaving “grits” of dirt. Wait a few moments before popping them out because they can be hot. (They are easy to remove) It collects/cleans fast. Since it rotates at the bottom & not in any specific shape, it doesn’t get into direct L corners but truly close enough. After I was finished, I wash the mop pads in the washer on hot water and added a drop of bleach the first time and then I dried them on low in the dryer. Came out brand new and ready to use again. You’ll receive 4 with this purchase so that’ll give you time to order more if needed. So glad I made this purchase and while it was on sale:-)

This is a great product. Even though we have floors that the steam should NOT be used on, we purchased this item to help with cleaning our floors anyway. What I do is start the cleaner on a safe spot in the garage on a piece of flooring. Once the steam has began to flow, I then put it on the floor that we have in the house, WITHOUT THE STEAM, going. The rotating floor pads as well as the wonderful smelling floor cleaner makes the floor so much more cleaner than just a regular mop and also provides a wonderful clean scent throughout the house.We do have some flooring in our basement that is a safe place to use the steaming method of cleaning. I can tell you that it makes a huge difference on the floor look with or without the steam. I have been very pleased. I love squeaky clean floors in our home.
