We paid someone to fit it and it looks good.

The carport was relatively easy to assemble, with all necessary parts separately and cleanly packaged. Arrival was very fast and I had to wait a few weeks to get it assembled and erected. The work was done in a tight space and took a little longer than anticipated, but caused no real problems. The inserts that go through the side channels were a little difficult to insert and initially, water did not flow to the discharge points on one side. this was rectified by adding a central support, which has been fixed to the outer wall of my house and will certainly make the construction more robust. From the point of view of design, my personal opinion is that central supports, at the joint point in the centre of the bars holding the roof panels would be beneficial. Nevertheless, I am very pleased with my purchase and anticipate it having a good long life. It is attractive to look at and should be pretty well maintenance free, which is a definte plus point! I can certainly recommend it at this point in time.
