For people that are sick and has lots of saliva that don't want to spit in the cuff
I really really really love this item. I just got over cancer. and I always Had A lot of saliva in my mouth instead of spitting it in a cup this thing helped me out so much or even if you're sick this would help a lot when you have a lot of saliva and you don't always want to spit this is a perfect item for you

good for my needs
Got it today. I set it up easily enough but the instructions are complicated and do not have any quick start instructions. Poor grammar on the instruction booklet The suction is OK for our needs. The unit is compact and heavy enough with rubber feet so it won't fall over. I was glad it came with 2 suction catheters of 2 different sizes.( I took one star off for the instructions)

Loud manual machine with short hoses...
The machine runs very loud, especially with hoses that were too short for optimal set up. Would have been good to know it is a manual unit, with no timer, so unless you can accuratly predict the flow of urine it is useless to keep dry. You must turn it on and off every 30 mins. because it gets hot.

Confusing Instructions
The instructions were unclear and confusing especially since there were little to minimal instructions period. The suction did work once we figured it out.
