I ordered this Bob's Red Mill 64oz Organic Whole Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal to increase my Omega-3s and fiber intake. 2 tablespoons contains 2430mg of ALA and 3g of fiber. I add 2 tablespoons to my morning oatmeal. It has a nutty aroma and mild taste. It's an easy way to add healthy flax to your smoothies, oatmeal, salads, etc. I am very happy with this ground flaxseed.

It's an excellent buy if you use flaxseed meal regularly. If you do, you already know it's health benefits. Taste is very good, and you're getting 4 lbs. for a really good price!

Healthy and convenient!
Flax seed is a great way to boost health and pre ground seeds work well for kept flax seed bread. Bob's Red Mill products are reliability good. I add it to sour cream dips, dressings, shakes, baked goods and dog food. For convenience this is great, for best health benefits, I bought a coffee grinder and some whole flax seeds.
