Very happier with my Toshiba TV. It’s brilliant for anyone looking to upgrade their home entertainment without breaking the bank. The picture quality is outstanding: crisp and incredibly detailed. Great TV at an exceptional price.
TV was bought at a very good price during one of Amazon's sales for my daughter. The TV itself has been working great and has all my daughter wants at the touch of a button.One small gripe is that occasionally the sound disappears and I have to restart the TV. Maybe it's an issue with how my daughter keeps her TV on standby, but it isn't an issue I've had with other TV's. Overall, would recommended.

My worst experience with Amazon ( Thank God it is very rare )
This Toshiba model was Rubbish in my opinion.Following the instructions provided, it was impossible to get beyond "updating".There seems to be a bug as first the TV, still on black screen mode, states it is connected to the Internet and will upgrade.Then it changes its mind and says it does not have an Internet connection and cannot upgrade.It provides a few ways to get around the problem - but none succeed.It is nigh impossible to talk to a person at amazon for help with this item.So I followed the instructions to send it back - which involves packing it up, printing a return sticker and sticking it to the box.Looks easy. Amazon say the company that will pick up the TV, will picking up the first weekday after Amazon receive the TV.TWO FULL WEEKS LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE TV TO BE PICKED UP !!!!Amazon will not reimburse me until they receive it.Amazon invented the pickup cycle - but it clearly DOES NOT WORK EFFICIENTLY !I am a pensioner with no TV, living alone. I would like Amazon to show me how efficiently they can sort this issue out, and return the money I paid for this TV which never showed me a single useful screen and is just sitting in the corner of my room in it's box , waiting for pickup. I need my money to be returned so that I can purchase a working TV.Update to first review.It turns out that all of the potential means of returning the TV are declining to return the TV because they only signed up with AMAZON to return smaller items which can fit into their return bags. The TV is way too big to fit into the delivery bags that EVRi, ASDA, POST OFFICES, ONE STOP SHOPS, etc make use of.A huge AMAZON GOOF! it seems that Amazon are unaware of the fact that their 32 inch TV cannot be fitted into the return bags that they agree their returning agents can use..Too many useless robotic customer service machines - none of which understand the problem.Nearly every day, I see Amazon Vans delivering near my house. Surely those delivery vans could be used to return unsuitable items that were delivered by Amazon.If not, then Amazon need to(a)provide their returning locations with bags large enough, for each and every return.(b)Ensure that customers can speak to other human beings, in order to clarifyfy exactly what mistakes Amazon's robots routinely make. Make no mistake - the robots are not helpful in conversations!!I am entering my 3rd week of attempting to return this useless Television. Amazon still holds on to my money and probably makes money for themselves from it.Nobody at Amazon - not even a robot, has apologized professionaly to me, nor have they acknowledged that the delays in receiving ownership of the useless TV, are all caused by their pathetic management failures which almost certainly would not have been the case if they had provided easily accessible human customer assistance.

Great TV. Easy to set up. Up and running in no time. Sound great compared to my old tv. Would definitely recommend.

A bit buggy
I'm not majorly impressed. I think my last TV lasted about 10 years. I think this one might last for 3 years. I say this because in the last year of having my old TV it had a tendency to lose the sound and I would have to turn it off at the plug, which seemed to fix it. I think I had this TV a month before the same thing started happening. It happens at least once a week. It has a bad habit of opening a film app and playing a film after I turn it on. I don't know if that's due to the TV or the fire stick.When the bugs don't occur the TV looks good, nice picture and easy to use. However I don't recommend it to anyone. Had I known about the bugs I would have returned it and bought another one.
